Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Orders are processed within 1–2 working days and arrive in 5–10 working days with tracked delivery. Busy periods (Black Friday and Christmas) can occasionally add a few days.
- Free tracked delivery on orders of £25 or more
- £2.99 tracked delivery on orders under £25
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels.
Christmas: order by 8 December for delivery before Christmas.
If your order hasn't arrived within 15 working days, contact us and we'll track it down, resend it or refund you.
Returns
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund of the item price and standard delivery cost.
- Message us through the contact page with your order number within 14 days of delivery.
- We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions.
- Send the item back unused and in its original packaging within 14 days of telling us.
Unless the item is faulty, you pay the return postage. We refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back (or proof you've sent it), to your original payment method.
Faulty or damaged items
If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace it or give you a full refund. You won't pay anything to return a faulty item.
This doesn't affect your rights under UK consumer law.
