SHIPPING POLICY

Where we deliver
We currently deliver to UK addresses only, including Northern Ireland.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery time
Orders arrive within 5–10 working days of being processed, with tracked delivery. During busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, delivery can occasionally take a few extra days.

Delivery costs
- FREE tracked delivery on orders of £25 or more
- £2.99 tracked delivery on orders under £25

Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.

Orders with more than one item
Items in the same order may be sent from different locations, so they can arrive in separate parcels on different days. You will never be charged extra for this.

Christmas orders
To receive your order before Christmas, please order by 8 December.

Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Late, lost or damaged parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 15 working days of being processed, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We'll track it down, send a replacement, or give you a full refund.
