How long does delivery take?
Orders arrive in 5–10 working days with tracked delivery. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.
How much is delivery?
Free on orders of £25 or more, £2.99 under £25. We deliver to the UK only.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Order by 8 December for delivery before Christmas.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return items unused and in their original packaging for a full refund. Faulty items are replaced or refunded free of charge. See Delivery & Returns.
Will it work with my setup?
Each product page lists what it works with. Our lights and gear are USB-powered, so they plug into your PC, monitor, console or any USB plug. Not sure? Ask us on the contact page.

My order arrived damaged or isn't working
Sorry about that. Send us a photo through the contact page within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you.
